Mr. & Mrs. J. Luke & Kathryn Barber
I dedicate this donation to my mother Kathryn, who died from Parkinson's Disease and my father, Joyce Luke Barber, who descends from the English Doctor of Physick, Dr. Luke Barber/Barbier, who emigrated with his wife and three children at the behest of Lord Baltimore to help settle the Palatinate Colony of Maryland in 1654. He likely used the medicinal garden of St. John's as he was in the Council of the Lord Protector, having been born in Yorkshire at Wickham Hall near Lord B's Kiplin Hall.
